Glen Marshall Engineering Manager

Glen brings over 25 years of experience in multidisciplinary engineering across the oil and gas, petrochemical, energy, and heavy industrial sectors. He is a Chartered Engineer and Member of the Institute of Civil Engineers (IEng MICE), known for his pragmatic leadership style and ability to manage large, high-performing teams in complex project environments.

 

His background includes leading multidisciplinary engineering teams of up to 80 personnel, delivering both greenfield and brownfield projects throughout the UK and internationally. Glen has provided detailed structural design and strategic project management on a wide range of projects, including hydrogen production facilities, energy transition schemes, and major asset integrity and life extension programmes. He takes a practical, solutions-focused approach and understands how to operate in environments where safety, schedule, and cost control are not only essential but critical to successful project execution.
